Please use the appropriate options below to pay for services or deposits as requested by Computer Addiction Treatment Services. If instructed to pay an amount not shown in the options provided, please contact us prior to making payment. Billing services provided by Woog Labs.

Payment for Treatment / Coaching

Important - If this fee is for a deposit for the Weekend Intensive, it is 100% refundable provided you cancel within 72 hours notice.

Bear Mountain Retreat Payment

Important - The deposit fee is 100% refundable provided you cancel within 30 days of the next scheduled session OR within 15 days of notification of the next scheduled session. The deposit fee is 100% transferable for any future session. The balance is due withn 30 days of the scheduled session to maintain your reservation. The prepaid balance is refundable in full if cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled session. Fees reimbursed for participation in post-treatment surveys will be paid or credited upon completion of those surveys.
